The Leading Guest Experience Management platform in CSEE & TOP destinations, is looking for Customer Success & Up-selling Executive

i-host, company’s core offering, is a sophisticated, guest experience management platform, designed to assist top restaurants, hotel restaurants and “eatertainment” venues in offering data-driven and personalized leisure services to their guests, allowing also the venues to empower direct relations with their customers and enable additional revenue streams and channels.
Today, i-host has become the leading guest experience management platform in CSEE, with thousands of installations in venues in Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Poland and Germany. It is currently used by top tier hospitality venues, including Michelin star establishments and the most popular hotel brands, operating in the most touristic locations. With a partner portfolio, including more than 1500+ high end venues, a team of highly skilled tech, marketing and hospitality professionals, a clear vision and endless desire to make an impact in the hospitality sector in a global scale, we are looking for a candidate, obsessed with up-selling & helping hospitality grow and stand out globally, by using i-host – we are looking for our “Customer Success & Upselling Executive”, responsible for Greece & Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Arranging and joining meetings (remote or in-person ones) with existing clients (hospitality venues, restaurants and hotels) for up-selling purposes - updating them about new features, helping them understand the value that comes with the adoption of them and closing deals for upgrades
- Ensuring that each of accounts assigned to you adopts the appropriate services, available through the platform, ensuring business growth and maximization of value
- Responsible for retaining the customers under your portfolio – working with a goal to achieve a high Customer Retention Rate (CRR) per annum.
- Making sure that each customer goes through a seamless onboarding process, and that they get training services of great quality.
- Making sure the engagement level of each customer, you have ownership of, is as high as possible.
- Resolving/handling issues related to requests coming from customers through phone/e-mail – ensuring that quality of service provided is of exceptional standards.
- Responsible for transferring/assigning any requests to the appropriate department, using a ticketing platform.
- Collaborating with our business development, sales and product teams with a goal to optimize the up-selling process by being aligned in regards to market, business and product updates
- Using our company’s CRM to compose offers and perform follow up actions

Basic Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success / Sales (ideally in a B2B tech provider or an internet-based company)
- Passion about the hospitality sector
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong communicator who can easily adapt
- Entrepreneurial spirit will be considered a plus
- You believe that you can assist the restaurants and hotels in Greece and Cyprus to stand out on a global scale
