To join ADVENGERS as a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, you need the following skillsets, to… 

• Lead to the strategy of performance marketing campaigns and participate in new business pitches, including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing. 
• Monitor KPIs & optimize campaigns along the way to meet client objectives. Who doesn’t love analytics & testing? 
• Set-up, monitor and analyze the performance of mid to large scale digital marketing campaigns in Google, social (i.e. Facebook) and other platforms (i.e. Amazon) 
• Have proven experience in leading complex performance marketing projects with monthly budget > 50K 
• Utilize data and analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
• Conduct weekly, monthly or ad-hoc reports and come up with actionable insights and next steps 
• Be creative & come up proactively with proposals based on data and insights 
• Ensure flawless planning and excellent campaign execution along with timely delivery 
• Make sure to leverage #teampower by working as one with all internal departments and guiding the junior members of the Performance Marketing team 
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders & build strong relationships that contribute to client growth, delivering regular updates on campaign performance 
• Contribute to business reporting 
• Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors, industry trends, and the overall business landscape to gain insights, stay informed and implement cutting-edge strategies and technologies.
